Privacy notice

What we collect
- Account: your email address and password. The password is stored hashed by our auth provider; we never see it.
- Your hero: name, colors and build, level, XP, equipped gear and bag.
- Raid results: boss, win or wipe, damage dealt, XP and loot awarded, fight length, date.
- Weekend passes: which weekend, amount paid, Stripe checkout reference, date. We do not receive or store your card number.
- In your browser: your login session is kept in your browser's local storage so you stay signed in. A few settings for the current tab are kept in session storage. We don't use advertising or analytics cookies. to be confirmed
- Server logs: our hosting providers keep standard request logs (such as IP address and time). to be confirmed
Why we use it
- To run your account, save your hero, check your pass, and put you in a raid.
- To process payments (Stripe) and prevent fraud and cheating.
- To answer you if you contact support.

Who processes it for us
- Supabase: accounts and the game database (United States).
- Stripe: payments. Stripe receives your email and payment details under its own privacy policy.
- Cloudflare: hosts this website.
- Fly.io: runs the raid server (United States). It receives your hero data and a login token while you play.

We don't sell your data.
How long we keep it
While your account exists. When you delete your account, your hero, passes and raid results are deleted with it. to be confirmed
Your choices
- Download your data: Account → Download my data (a JSON file).
- Fix your hero's name: Account → Hero name.
- Delete your account: Account → Delete account.
- For anything else, email to be confirmed.
